Shipping Rates
We now offer free shipping for orders over $130. For orders less than $130, a flat rate fee of $14.95 applies (excluding orders containing Oversized or Big & Bulky items.)
Oversized items include majority of our large furniture pieces such as coffee tables, consoles, armchairs etc and other large decor pieces.
Big & Bulky includes items such as smaller furniture items, rugs, floor lamps, large mirrors etc. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for these products.
For items marked as "Oversized" we can offer a custom shipping quote for interstate customers. Please fill out this form. Alternatively, if you're located in VIC metro, we offer local pick up from our Preston warehouse.
Typical delivery times
- Melbourne - Approximately 2-4 business days*
- Sydney, Adelaide - Approximately 3-6 business days*
- Brisbane, Perth, Darwin + Hobart - Approximately 4-8 business days*
All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 9-12 business days. Please note these time frames are estimates and our Couriers endeavour to meet these estimates at all times.
Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Depending on the item/s and the delivery location, in some circumstances unusually high freight charges may be incurred.
At this time we are only able to ship to Australian addresses. Orders that contain our Big & Bulky products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or parcel collect addresses. Please provide a standard street address.

Pick-up from our Preston warehouse is available, please allow 2-4 days for processing.
