Returns Policy
Please note: We have updated our returns policy.
We do NOT accept exchanges, credits or refunds on clearance products. Please note this does not apply to full priced items purchased during a promotional period.
Larger furniture items and items such as mirrors or wall art cannot be returned via Australia Post. Please call our Customer Service team on 03 9490 0600 or send us an email at hello@madraslink.com.au to arrange a collection.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer returns for most item/s purchased online. Please note that postage for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense.
To lodge your return, please check that your items meet our returns conditions.
Step 1:
Complete the online form for change of mind returns. Please reach out to our Customer Service team for any other returns, including faulty products. A return fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.

Step 2:
Print the label and attach it to your parcel or visit an Australia Post outlet with the QR code provided upon completion of the online form.
Step 3:
Lodge your parcel at an Australia Post outlet. Tracking information will be supplied to you by Australia Post. We suggest keeping proof of postage, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in their original packaging and must be unused and unwashed.
- Products returned without their packaging, that have been washed or used and do not have the accompanying receipt of purchase will not be approved for refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, returns may take up to two weeks to process.
Faulty Items
When considering whether an item is faulty please consider the handmade nature of the product. In the unlikely event where an item is found to be faulty, Madras Link will provide a replacement (where we are able), or offer a full refund.

Your refund will be processed via the same payment method or card used for the original purchase.
If your item/s are deemed faulty, the above returns criteria does not apply.
Our Returns Policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
Note: This policy only applies to items purchased directly from www.madraslinkonline.com.au. If you have purchased a Madras Link product from a retail store, you are required to return it to that store.
