We also have our Preston Warehouse Clearance Outlet.

While our products appear in many stores, unfortunately products purchased from our Madras Link Online Store can only be returned to the Madras Link Online Store.

All Madras Link cushions have the option to be purchased as a cover only, with poly-fibre fill or with duck feather fill. Our IVORY cushions can be purchased as cover only, or with duck feather fill.

Our feather fillers are ethically sourced and are certified by Responsible Down Standard (RDS) and our suppliers are annually audited.

Unfortunately once your order has been received we are unable to make changes. We ask that you ensure items, quantities and your delivery address is correct at the time of processing. Should you wish to add items we ask that you create a new order. We may be able to combine orders and waive the delivery charges in some instances.

You are able to cancel your order up to one hour after purchase. Please email hello@madraslink.com.au to send a cancellation request.

No, you don't need an account to place an online order, however customers with an account can:

  •  Manage and track orders
  •  Receive exclusive emails with offers and previews.

We now offer free shipping for orders over $129.95. For orders less than $129.95, a flat rate fee of $14.95 applies (excluding orders containing Big & Bulky items.) For more information regarding our shipping and returns, please click here.

Typical delivery times expected are:

  • Melbourne - Approximately 2-4 business days*
  • Sydney, Adelaide - Approximately 3-6 business days*
  • Brisbane, Perth, Darwin + Hobart - Approximately 4-8 business days*

All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-10 business days. Please note these time frames are estimates and our Couriers endeavour to meet these estimates at all times.

Dispatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

At this stage, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect addresses. Please provide a valid street address.

Yes, all Madras Link products are backed by a 12 month comprehensive warranty.

Madras Link warrants all goods for a period of 12 months to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal usage. Madras Link’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • products which have been modified or not maintained
  • damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
  • any indirect or consequential loss
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchase. We require proof of purchase.
