• Sydney, Adelaide - Approximately 2-5 business days*
• Brisbane, Perth, Darwin + Hobart - Approximately 3-7 business days*

All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-10 business days. Please note these time frames are estimates and our Couriers endeavour to meet these estimates at all times.

Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

At this time we are only able to ship to Australian addresses. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Products returned without their packaging, that have been washed or used and do not have the accompanying receipt of purchase will not be approved for refund. Approved refunds cover the original product purchase price. Delivery charges from Madras Link as well as the cost to return the product to Madras Link are not reimbursed. Once approved, returns may take up to two weeks to process.

When considering whether an item is faulty please consider the handmade nature of the product. In the unlikely event where an item is found to be faulty, Madras Link will provide a replacement (where we are able), or offer a full refund.
